　　Summary & Role Information

　　As Team Architect in the Connectivity sub-group, you will be responsible for the Team strategy and architecture of SAP Signavios Connectivity capabilities within the Business Modeling and Workflow (BM&W) group.

　　Our connectivity capabilities provide services to enable boundaryless data flow within SAP Signavio Suite, SAP in general and external services. For instance, the connectivity services cover use cases such as

　　content distribution services for delivering content to SAP Signavio tenants,

　　integration with SAP internal content production tools,

　　integration between SAP Signavio and SAP application lifecycle management tools (SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager), or

　　data exchange with SAP and non-SAP applications interacting with SAP Signavio Suite.

　　As functional lead, you will support Engineers in one of the groups delivery teams.Together with the Head of the Connectivity sub-group and experts from other domains, such as Product Owners, or Lead Architects, you will make sure the team develops, builds its cloud service architectures in an efficient and value-generating manner.

　　What you will do

　　Deliver the outcomes of complex and innovative functional issues integrating client needs, strategic business goal of the function and financial objectives

　　Develop and provide technical standards and guidance in all software design and development activities.

　　Setting up collaboration with the developers/architects of the product team/implementation team(s) and contributing to all tasks of implementation team/product team

　　Coaching and advising team on all aspects which have impact on the architecture, reviews design documents of implementation teams regarding compliance and relevant product line guideline.

　　Demonstrate full responsibility for accepted tasks and demonstrate high quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency.

　　Leading team initiatives like architecture harmonization.

　　Identify system-level improvements and deficiencies and bring them to light.

　　Contribute to and drive all aspects of development life cycle.

　　Act as sparring partner and coach engineers in the team.

　　Solid knowledge of modern agile software engineering and design methods

　　Curiosity and openness to new technologies as well as a team- and goal-oriented active working style

　　Excellent programming skills in Java and Node.JS and experience using development frameworks and tools like GIT, Jenkins, Eclipse, Java Spring, a.o.

　　Team-orientation and team-work mindset.

　　Superior communications and presentation skills.

　　Ability to build and foster an effective working model between different team members and stakeholders.

　　Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and software architecture.

　　Experience in formulizing technical strategies for B2B Cloud products.

　　You feel comfortable and self-confident working in a matrix organization and leading without authority. You are inclusive and drive decisions in cross-product teams.
