As a Nurse (RN/LPN) at Thorne Crest, you'll perform a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care and services to residents, working in accordance with regulations and established clinical best practices. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation, developing care plans in collaboration with residents, families and staff, encouraging residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psycho-social well-being and supervising staff in day-to-day activities. Why you should join our team: RN hourly wages starting at $33.00 and up based on experience LPN hourly wages starting at 26.00 and up based on experience Additional shift differential pay up to $2.75/hr Sign on bonus up to $2,500 Currently hiring for part time evenings and overnights What you will need: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; current Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license in Minnesota or current compact state license.
