How you'll create opportunities in this Tax Technology Senior role: Contribute to the consistent use of tax technology representing the Tax business unit on firmwide tax technology initiatives; Partner with various teams firmwide to assess existing and potential technology and foster implementation of new technology. Identify tax technology training needs and collaborate with Leaning & Development to develop training to ensure success. Manage Axcess Tax Champions (Regional and Office) and collaborate with Regional Tax Technology Team. Participate in Tax initiatives as needed including supporting teams such as Macro and Alteryx teams. Develop project management principles to successfully manage tax technology initiatives. Collaborate and work effectively across all levels of the organization. Continually research and stay abreast of best practices in tax technology, bringing insights and considerations forward. Communicate important developments to leadership along with facts, conclusions, and recommendations. What you will need: You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. You have a minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in advanced technical knowledge of tax concepts.
