Would you like to develop and maintain the LEGO Global Brand Identity, ensuring that it promotes LEGO values and builds consistent, high-quality brand experiences?

Core Responsibilities
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with design specialists across marketing to ensure that design execution aligns with the Global Brand Identity.
Provide brand design consulting support for creative materials across a variety of media, including global and local campaigns, packaging, games, apps, social media content, videos, animations, in-store, and events, and more.
Collaborate with LEGO entities to guide Masterbrand design decisions and consult on design strategy projects.
Facilitate cross-channel and cross-entity design collaboration through the Red Thread council, engaging with creative directors across channels.
Ensure consistent and coherent brand expression across entities and touchpoints by developing the LEGO Masterbrand identity in partnership with the Red Thread design team.
Collaborate with multiple LEGO agency teams on strategy, design, creative concepts, and campaign development, and creative execution.

We are dedicated to developing visually stunning, world-class design work and marketing communications solutions for markets, while also protecting and governing the LEGO brand.
As a Brand Design specialist, you will lead the development of the global brand identity to drive consistency across all platforms and channels worldwide.
Do you have what it takes?
Design experience:
Proven experience at a product or brand level.
Expert in Adobe CS software. Motion Design is a plus.
Proven ability to craft brand identities and for various touchpoints (print, digital, environmental, etc).
Experience providing art direction and have strong skills in all phases of the design process (research, strategy, design, and execution).
Other qualifications:
Demonstrated experience using design thinking and creative problem solving
Strong organization, communication, storytelling, and relationship management skills.
Needs strong evidence of an analytical approach and good judgment in decision making.
Minor travel will be required.
