　　Your role.Your work will include, but not be limited to:Participate in client engagements from the beginning to completion -including planning, executing, and completing tax projectsPrepare or review returns for partnership, corporate and foreign taxclients, including federal, foreign, state and local tax returns,estimated payments and extensions, and Federal and State tax auditsTax research, consultation and preparation of client memorandumDevelop ideas to assist clients with operational and control opportunitiesWork to develop relationships with clients, including involvement innetworking and business development activitiesThe qualifications.
