　　Responsibilities

　　Connect with clients to gather paramount information/documents

　　Formulate transaction tax returns manually utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies

　　Service incoming client calls to respond to tax questions and set appointments

　　Plug in applicable data into Tax software application

　　Calculate and invoice for form preparation fees

　　Be responsible for other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned Requirements

　　Capable of working independently with minimal oversight

　　Solid understanding of Individual Tax Return

　　-Worked through a minimum of six tax seasons at public accounting firm

　　Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment

　　Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

　　Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

　　Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required

　　AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred
