As the Student Intern, you will…
Support general human resources functions including recruitment, professional development coordination, and file maintenance.
Assist with the new hire orientation process: schedule orientation meetings, coordinate new hire setup, preparing and processing new hire paperwork, and entering applicable data into our HRIS.
Prepare various correspondence, including offer letters, PTO notices, and job postings.
Compile and format reports and data from ATS (Applicant Tracking System) as needed.
Provide prompt, professional, and positive customer service to all staff, management, job applicants, vendors, and stakeholders.
Assist with other projects as determined by company and HR department needs.
Student Intern Qualifications – The Must-Haves (Required)
Current student working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business. A focus in Human Resources or Organizational Development, or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential information
Student Intern Qualifications – The Like-to-Haves (Not Required)
1+ year of experience in a professional office environment (internship experience is acceptable)
Previous recruiting experience
Proficiency in BlueBeam
