Description Robert Half is looking for a Tax Manager to join our client! This Tax Manager will possess expertise in various types of tax returns and financial statements, along with proficiency in Excel and tax software and technology. 　　Your responsibilities

　　Assemble and manage oversight of tax audits and tax correspondence and facilitation- Assemble and analyze complicated income tax returns- Inspect and provide oversight for quarterly and annual payroll tax returns

　　Help review all financial statements for quality control

　　Assist in the review and oversight of the preparation of quarterly tax projections and communication of required estimated tax payments

　　Support compliance and planning for tax matters like waivers and tax returns

　　Review and distribute W-2s and 1099s

　　Provide accounting managers and staff accountants with tax best business practices

　　Help with compliance of tax and financial reporting procedures and policies Requirements - 2+ years of supervisory experience

　　CPA preferred

　　Bachelors or masters degree in Accounting or relevant field required

　　5-7 years' experience in tax accounting
