We are looking for 20 level 1, 2, and 3 technicians for a major stuctured cabling projects in Clayton, Siler City, and Liberty NC

　　NO TRAVEL REQUIRED!!!

　　Pay Rates are based on experience:

　　Level 1 techs (entry level, some experience with manual labor) - $15 to $17 per hour, depending on experience.

　　Level 2 techs (6 months to 2 years of low voltage, cabling, fiber, HVAC, or electrical experience) - $18 to $21 per hour, depending on experience.

　　Level 3 techs (2+ years of low voltage structured cabling or fiber experience) $22 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.

　　Shifts are Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm. No weekends required. Techs can expect roughly 10 hours of overtime, weekly.

　　Job Description:

　　Our client needs 20 techs across all levels to pull and terminate Cat5/6 cable and/or fiber for several major structured cabling projects. Techs will be paid between $15-$27 per hour, depending on experience. Terms of the contract are 6 months, with the ability to extend, or even convert permanently with the client after the 6 month window. This is a new construction job that will require techs to wear steel toed boots and use PPE (the client will provide the PPE).

　　The senior tech will need steel toed boots, a punchdown tool with 66 and 110 blades, snipes, a power drill, and knife. They will be running, terminating, and testing cable, hanging using J hooks, and training junior and mid level techs when needed.

　　The mid level tech will need steel toed boots, a punchdown tool with 66 and 110 blades, snipes, and knife. They will be running the cable, hanging using J hooks, and working with a lead level tech.

　　Junior techs will need steel toed boots, snipes, and a knife. They will primarily be pulling the cable hanging with J hooks and learning from the senior guys how to do punchdowns and terminating.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Customer facing skills will be highly desired. They need to be presentable, articulate, and able to work in a team environment. All techs must have a willingness to work hard and learn the methods of the client.
