Our team helps our clients design and implement personal and customised service plans that are unique to privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals. You’ll be assisting the team focus on key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies."

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Demonstrates extensive-level knowledge and/or a proven record of success in complex tax issues faced by non-publicly traded companies and day to day compliance and consulting for a variety of entities including corporations, and pass-through entities. Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs:

Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;

Communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections;

Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;

Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust, seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and,

Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.

The salary range for this position is: $98,300 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
