  COWBOYS CLUB

  Legends is the official hospitality partner of Cowboys Club. The partnership includes overseeing the food and beverage program development and management for the Cowboys Club.

  THE ROLE

  The Sr. Food and Beverage Manager has a significant role in the successful operation of the club. The position is charged with establishing and maintaining client relationships with business groups, weddings, and social groups. The Sr. Food and Beverage Manager will have a tremendous amount of interaction and personal involvement with her/his clients, and as such must always represent the club in a professional, gracious, and knowledgeable manner. The position reports to the VP of Premium Services has a significant role in the successful operation of Legends. The position will ensure that establishing and maintaining client relationships with business groups, weddings, and social groups. The Sr. Food and Beverage Manager will have a tremendous amount of interaction and personal involvement with her/his clients, and as such must always represent Legends Hospitality in a professional, gracious, and knowledgeable manner.

  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  Maximizing revenues and generating return/continued business Respond to client inquiries with a sense of urgency

  Develop and maintain an informed and well-versed team

  Maintain financial records related to the operation of the department and meet required deadlines for reporting to the accounting department.

  Maintain open communications and professional relationships with all the Legends departments which you support as well as Venue staff

  Oversees inventory management to assure adequate pars are met Performs periodic inventory, requisitioning and purchasing.

  Maintains effective vendor relationships

  Oversight of ordering – quantities ordered, type of products, cost vs labor decisions. Enforcing daily par and order system, equipment as needed

  Manage safety audits, oversees health code compliance and issues Maintenance requests

  Responsible for kitchen equipment maintenance and inventory

  Partners with General Parts and all other kitchen services companies for monthly service plans and preventative maintenance

  Develop and oversee a robust integration of receiving department into the culinary operations for The Star

  QUALIFICATIONS

  Proven leadership experience in a Premium environment.

  Minimum of five years’ experience as a manager in the Food & Beverage Industry Knowledge of report development and financial planning.

  Ability to develop and deliver sound recommendations.

  Meticulous.

  Proven ability to develop teams.

  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Values diversity.

  Ability to manage stressful situations. Analytical skills.

  Organization and planning skills.

  Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple tasks. Ability to delegate effectively.

  Experience working in a high-volume luxury property. Working knowledge of Spanish a plus.

  Follow and encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.

  Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported to you.
