  We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Tax Manager to join ourCommercial Real Estate team located in our Denver Office.

  This position will support our Real Estate Industry Group and morespecifically, the Commercial Real Estate team.   Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  Work with a team to meet various department deadlines throughout the yearMust have experience in financial statement preparation ofcompilations/reviews, preparing the following types of tax returnsincluding 1065 & 1120-S experienceAssist with the process and review of tax returnsVarious financial analysis including but not limited to balance sheets andincome statementsAd hoc projectsYOUR EXPERIENCE.The successful candidate will have:

  Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in Accounting/Taxation preferredCPA, JD or EA preferredMinimum of 6 years of progressive tax experience within real estate industry2+ years of supervisory experienceStrong tax research skillsExcellent communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills,as well as exceptional client service skillsProven competence with MS Office and tax compliance and research software,including ProSystem, CCH Axcess and CCH EngagementSolid project management and organizational skills with a demonstratedability to multi-task.After reviewing this job posting, are you hesitating to apply because youdon't meet every single requirement?   In Colorado, the salary range for a Tax Manager is $100,000 to$140,000. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewardspackage, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paidtime off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, and access to
