Acts as training mentor to Polysomnographic Technologist I, (Trainee). May analyze data and provide education for customers and family members. Requirements Education * High School Diploma or GED. * Requires AA/AAS degree in accredited health science program (preferably Polysomnographic Technology) or commensurate experience. * Must be a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist or a Certified Polysomnographic Technologist in the process of becoming registered. Experience Experience * Analogous healthcare experience i.e. respiratory therapist or EEG technologist. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Good communication skills. * Customer service experience. * Good computer skills. * Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology. * Able to provide coverage as need at all Sleep Health Centers. * Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.
