  KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice.

  Responsibilities:Provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities, partnerships, and family offices for a variety of clientsWork as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide knowledge and experience; manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projectsOversee a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients; build and manage client relationshipsAdvise clients and be accountable for delivering high quality tax service and adviceManage risk and financial performance of engagements including billing, collections, and project budgetsParticipate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm Qualifications:Minimum five years of pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, law firm and/or family officeBachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityLicensed CPA, EA or JD/LLM, in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials; should you like to see the complete list of currently approved designations/credentials for the hiring practice/service line, your recruiter can provide you with that listProven experience with pass-through entities, partnerships, corporations and high net-worth individuals and familiesExperience managing multiple client engagements and client service teamsExcellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to articulate complex information

Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations. Available benefits are based on eligibility. Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year. Additionally, each year the firm publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides two firmwide breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday.   California Salary Range: $76300 - $186000
