Position Overview:
To ensure tax compliance and the accuracy of the financial statements. To reflect the financial position & results according Local Gaap, by performing the monthly minor local withholding filings and supporting the team for income tax, VAT, sales tax, audits, withholdings taxes paperwork activities, etc.
Function Specific Activities:
Prepare local Fiscal Calendar
Perform all withholding filings like Income Tax, VAT, Retentions, Income Tax.
Internal and external Audit support
Prepare all support documentation requested by Peruvian authorities when it is needed.
Gather all necessary invoice copies required for fiscal/legal requirements.
Fixed Assets control
Regulatory Surveys Filling
Review of Financial Statements for month end closing purpose and reporting.
Budget planning and monthly review.
Archive administration tasks (fiscal and legal documentation)
Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Great communication skills to work across the region with different stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax
4+ years of experience in Tax or Accounting
Experience working with ERP system SAP.
Advanced English skills (B2 Minimum required)
