Job Description

Daily pick-up and deliveries in the Phoenix area.

Pack equipment, following established packaging standards, to protect equipment during transport and prevent damage.

Daily shipping and receiving using FedEx and UPS systems.

Operation of foam packaging machine.

Shipping small packages to freight-size packages.

Organizing and electronic filing of shipping documentation.

Managing packaging supplies and submitting orders.

Partner with multiple service centers to track and expedite calibrations as needed.

Monitor, reschedule, and provide updates on open work-orders.

Operate with a sense of urgency for customer or operational requests.

Working under the direction of James Everheart, the employee will participate in weekly team calls and follow the escalation path to resolve issues.

Highly organized, proactive, and a strong multi-tasker.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person status required.

Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.

A minimum of 1-2 years of material handling and/or customer service experience.

Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Capable of heavy lifting (50+ lbs).

Professional business casual attire (nice jeans, polo-style shirt).

Work productively in a team environment and show extreme care of equipment.

Must have good written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrate excellent work ethic and multi-tasking skills.

Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and is committed to producing accurate and high-quality work.

Able to work a flexible schedule with occasional overtime.

Ability to consistently arrive on time to customer locations and the office.

Preferred:

Customer Service Experience dealing with customer inquiries by phone.

Prior experience in data entry.

Experience using UPS, FedEx, management information system databases, or other CRM experience is a plus.

Shipping and receiving experience, packing of equipment, and coordinating/scheduling with FedEx and UPS World Ship.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
