Responsibilities:

Manage Fund and GP ledgers, including expenses, accruals, intercompany transactions, and partner allocations

Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements

Coordinate with finance management and external service providers for audit and tax filings

Monitor cash positions and process capital calls and distributions

Review reporting packages from Fund Admin Accountants and address limited partner inquiries

Requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years of fund accounting experience in Venture Capital or Private Equity

Bachelors in Accounting or related

CPA preferred

Experience with investment partnership accounting and tax preferred

Advanced Excel skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
