As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF TMISS Task Order Portal Manageryou will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) mission areas.
You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.
More About the Role:
As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF TMISS Task Order Portal Manager you will work remotely and may travel as required, to perform services at other locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Other duties will include but are not limited to:
Oversees the development, enhancement, and maintenance of TMISS Portals to introduce efficiencies and ensure coordinated service delivery.
Recommends key elements of the portal strategy, including technical requirements, delivery schedule, testing plans, and end-user training.
Coordinates with key stakeholders to develop the portal strategy to achieve improved efficiencies and coordinated service delivery.
Monitors portal performance on a regular basis to ensure high availability.
Administers the site to grant and control access to authorized persons.
Assists with administrative and operational requirements.
Manages account maintenance for all program portals.
Provides user support and assists help desk teams with escalated tickets.
Provides server patching and upgrades, including security patching.
Performs business analysis to document business processes and rules.
Designs graphical user interfaces and leads development of process engines, automated workflows, dashboards, collaboration tools, and metrics and reporting tools.
Facilitates testing of portal capabilities for unit and systems integration, documents portal capabilities (i.e., user’s guide and software developer’s guides), and facilitates live and remote training of deployed application.
Drafts developer standard operating procedures to enable consistent workflows across the developer team and ensures increased efficiency with no impact to portal function.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
BA/BS + 6 Years of Experience
Experience managing SharePoint portals with granular control of access as well as managing multiple types of sensitive content
Current and active TS/SCI clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
a) Currently managing CACI Program Task Order Portals for US ARMY and/or GSA Programs
b) Certified as Microsoft 365 Teams Application Developer Associate

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$62,200-$130,600
