　　Roland and Story City are located 15 minutes north of Ames and 40 minutes north of Des Moines, just off Interstate 35. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dustingMaintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and other common areasEmpty trash receptacles and replace linersClean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrorsVacuum carpets and rugsPerform floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishingFollow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixturesReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnelAdhere to all health and safety regulationsExperience:

　　Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferredKnowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipmentFamiliarity with facilities maintenance tasks is a plusAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelySkills:

　　Custodial skills: Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.Buffing: Experience in using floor buffing machines to maintain the shine and cleanliness of floors.Floor care: Ability to perform various floor care tasks such as waxing, stripping, and polishing.Commercial cleaning: Experience in cleaning commercial buildings or facilities.Facilities maintenance: Familiarity with general maintenance tasks related to building upkeep.Industrial cleaning: Knowledge of specialized cleaning methods for industrial environments.Request Additional Information:
