Salary Range
$23.27 - $34.03 Hourly$1,861.38 - $2,722.62 Biweekly$4,033.00 - $5,899.00 Monthly$48,396.00 - $70,788.00 Annually
Duties
The Colorado Rural Workforce Consortium exists to ensure every Coloradobusiness has access to a skilled workforce and every Coloradan has access tomeaningful employment, resulting in statewide economic vitality. This isaccomplished by planning, budgeting and implementing the programs funded underthe Workforce Investment Act (WIOA), Wagner-Peyser, Trade Adjustment Act(TAA), and grants in the Colorado Rural Workforce Consortium (CRWC). Itprovides employment services including labor exchange; and referral ofapplicants to job openings and placement assistance and addressesemployability barriers, delivers quality customer -service to programparticipants, businesses, and the community. The unit fosters partnershipswith educational institutions and other community organizations to provide anetwork of support services to ensure Colorado has a qualified and relevantworkforce.
To foster business-focused workforce partnerships, effectively preparing ruralColoradans for the jobs of today and tomorrow by delivering a comprehensivearray of employment and training services. Works with job-seeking customers toenhance their employability and achieve their employment goal, and providescustomer service to programparticipants, business, and the community. In addition, this position existsto provide career counseling, identifies and assists program participants ineliminating barriers to employment and/or post-secondary education. Positioninterprets federal regulations and state program guidance, policies, andprocedures. Has fiduciary responsibility for participant expenditures underWIOA, TAA, and grant programs.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study relatedto the work assignment.ANDSix months of professional experience in an occupational field related to the
