　　In this role you will:

　　Receive a large volume of calls from physicians, patients and internal staff regarding test results, supply orders, test verifications, name changes, billing adjustments and other miscellaneous informationDemonstrate excellent research, problem solving and follow up skillsTroubleshoot and resolve ongoing problemsDemonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills both with internal and external clientMeet or exceed daily production standardsComplete special projects and assist team members with various customer service tasks as needed

　　All you need is:

　　Excellent communication and customer service skills both with internal and external clientsFamiliarity with medical terminologyStrong computer literacy with good typing skills, 45 words per minuteExcellent research, problem solving and follow up skillsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve ongoing problems

　　Salary Range: $17.00 to $20.00. per hour (depending on experience). Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
