　　Responsibilities

　　Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering an exceptional candidate experience

　　Lead full-cycle recruiting and selection for management level food and beverage industry positions

　　Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to track, select, and hire applicants

　　Generate weekly and periodic staffing reports for analysis

　　Post job openings internally and externally on various recruitment platforms, such as Oracle Recruit, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels

　　Proactively recruit candidates using cost-effective methods such as job boards, open houses, e-mail campaigns, and other sourcing strategies.

　　Build partnerships with client departments to understand their staffing needs and locate high-quality candidates for multiple positions

　　Pre-qualify candidates based on job requirements and responsibilities to ensure a match

　　Coordinate and schedule interviews for both internal and external candidates

　　Manage the offer process, ensuring compliance with compensation principles and securing acceptance from selected candidates
