Our client, a prestigious smaller financial services company, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team in NYC. As this will be a standalone position, this person will be responsible for enhancing their HR functions, including developing and implementing a talent acquisition and retention strategy, addressing complex employee relations issues, administering compensation programs, and working on other ad hoc projects in relation to implementing new policies and procedures. 　　- Bachelor's Degree, required

　　- 5-10+ years of HR experience, background in recruitment, compensation, and employee relations

　　- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred

　　- Proficient in Japanese

　　The salary range for this position is between $130k-150k.
