  About the Team

  The team is based in London, UK and is responsible for building up TikTok's E-Commerce Business in EMEA. We are a diverse team and here everyone is equal, help each other, pursue growth and seek truth from fact and data. We support an exciting, fast-growing and rapidly expanding business which is at the forefront of E-Commerce innovation, shaping the way consumers shop online.   We're looking for Talent Acquisition Partners to support TikTok Global E-commerce business line. You will work hand in hand with business leaders to achieve our recruitment goals. You will support business and recruiting leaders on key hiring initiatives and efforts across a variety of critical programs. To include, but not limited to: recruitment process optimization, recruitment analytics & reporting, talent research & sourcing, diversity recruiting strategy and enhance candidate experience, etc.

  Responsibilities

  1. Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with TikTok people strategies.

  2. Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join our team.

  3. Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing their previous experience as well as culture fit with TikTok environment.

  4. Plan and drive the recruitment process based on business requirements; including sourcing and screening candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process through to the offer stage.

  5. Provide effective and insightful data and reports to influence stakeholders and improve hiring goals.

  6. Provide an efficient and best-in-class experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.

  Qualifications

  Qualifications

  1. Full life-cycle hiring experience, preferably within an in-house recruitment team (E-commerce or the Internet industry will be an added advantage).

  2. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to quickly build rapport with candidates, stakeholders & colleagues, and partner effectively with all levels of the organization.

  3. Ability to identify and leverage data to drive and influence decisions.

  4. Proven experience in closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.

  5. Passionate about providing a best-in-class candidate experience throughout our entire recruitment process.

  6. Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability - you'll have lots of support but often have to figure out the solution yourself, dealing with ambiguity will be key!

  7. Optimistic and collaborative - we are building an awesome team and looking for someone keen to roll up their sleeves and join us as we start this exciting journey.

  8. Ability to work cross-functionally & regionally across a global organization offering a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
