About Talent Acquisition Partner - Destinations

  Job Description

  As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team focused on recruiting professional talent for multiple functional groups within the Destinations line of business. You will be a brand ambassador, creatively identifying candidates while championing for the company?s brand to attract a diverse, high-performance workforce. You will engage with candidates and internal client groups throughout the recruiting and selection process, acting as a consultative talent advisor to the business and providing an exceptional candidate experience.

  Job Responsibilities

  Support the full life-cycle recruitment process for salaried requisitions Serve as a consultative business partner to hiring managers and corporate HR partners to ensure successful recruitment, evaluation, and selection of candidatesNetwork with and develop a pipeline of potential candidates to proactively prepare for peak business demands across designated business areaUtilize creative sourcing techniques including but not limited to the use of social media, employee referrals, Boolean searches and networking to identify top talent for the organizationAct as a brand ambassador for Aramark in the marketplace, championing the company?s brand to build awareness and attract diverse, high-performing talentLeverage business knowledge, market intelligence, and industry trends to build candidate slates and inform hiring decisionsProvide business updates and top-notch client care by coaching and advising internal client groupsAd hoc projects

  Qualifications

  Bachelor?s degree strongly preferred; High school diploma required2-5 years of experience recruiting exempt-level talent nationallyCreative sourcing and pipelining experience, including the use of social mediaExceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to consistently contribute in a fast-paced changing work environmentHigh volume corporate or recruiting agency experience requiredAbility to partner with and influence all levels of the organizationAbility to influence strategy and provide mentoring and counseling to internal clientsStrong organizational and time management skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required

  This position will be based out of our Philadelphia or Nashville location.
