As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and recruiting qualified candidates to join our teams in the NAMER and EMEA regions.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the specific technical requirements and skills needed for roles you're hiring for.

　　Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

　　Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.

　　Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the technical and cultural requirements of NCR Voyix.

　　Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with the company's values.

　　Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

　　Build and maintain a strong network of candidates for future opportunities.

　　Provide a positive candidate experience by delivering clear communication and updates throughout the recruitment process.

　　Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to share insights, best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

　　Requirements:

　　Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in fast pace international recruitment.

　　Familiarity with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment platforms.

　　Strong understanding of technical skills and qualifications required for Help Desk, Software and Corporate positions.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

　　Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

　　Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and targets.

　　Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and strategies.

　　Fluency in English; relevant to the NAMER and EMEA regions is a plus.
