About the role
We’re looking for a Project Planner colleague, who provides professional planning support for our project team and willing to travel in Slovenia.
Requirements
As a minimum you must have:
Fluent English skills, verbal and written
High school diploma
AutoCAD knowledge (ability to read technical drawings)
Being able to work independently, strong communication skills
Developed organizing and planning ability, problem-solving skills
Results driven and proactive, confident personality, willingness to learn
Although not necessary, it would be an advantage:
German language knowledge
University degree in a relevant field
Experience in the refrigeration industry
Experience with working in a similar role, for an international matrix organization
Responsibilities
Organizing & planning all on-site construction activities for complex projects, visiting customer project sites regularly
Responsibility for timely ordering of equipment and materials for projects
Responsibility for the organization of all activities in order to eliminate all observed deficiencies during the execution of previous projects
Acting as the primary contact with customers during project execution, developing a professional relationship, and understanding the customer needs to meet those within the bounds of contracted scope
Communication and cooperation with subcontractors and other Carrier departments involved in projects
Updates project schedules independently and prepares project management correspondences and documents effectively on all aspects of the implementation phases
Participation in project kick-off meetings
Presenting the company plans and timeframes for stakeholders
