Systems Integration and Test Engineer
Location: Aurora, CO
Pay: Ranging from $110K - $130K based on experience

The Integration & Test Engineer plans and performs Integration & Test (I&T) assignments involving complex software and hardware subsystems and resolves identified conflicting issues. Participates in an I&T program which includes establishing methods and techniques, planning tests, developing test requirements, writing I&T procedures and reports, performing software integration, and conducting tests utilizing comprehensive knowledge of these complex subsystems. Participates in I&T readiness reviews, design reviews, and presentations to the customer. Utilizes a broad knowledge of precedents in Systems/I&T engineering and applies understanding of principles of related engineering and software technology to ensure test validity and integrity. Conducts tests in a classified lab environment.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
• Work in an Agile program environment
• Identify technical issues during software integration and collaborate with fellow engineers to drive solutions to closure
• Develop and execute integration and/or test procedures
• Manage and maintain software-based satellite ground systems in a high-paced integration and test environment
• Work in a classified lab on site in Aurora, CO
Basic Qualifications:
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations, maximum of 5 years experience.
• Experience preparing and executing integration and test procedures of a software-based system.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving software systems
• Experience with Linux and Windows
• Experience with Python script development
• Experience with systems engineering principles and activities.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience working in a Satellite Ground System development or operations environment and domains (terrestrial data networking, command and telemetry, launch operations, flight dynamics, mission planning, on-orbit operations)
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Test Automation experience (Cucumber, Gherkin)
• Experience with Java or C++.
• Experience with Raytheon EclipseTM or Raytheon EquinoxTM
