As Bar Manager, it is important to provide friendly and courteous service to deliver a memorable guest experience during their stay here. You’ll be responsible for preparing, creating and selling beverages aligned to our hotel’s standards and procedures while following government regulations concerning health, safety and any other requirements.

　　A little taste of your day-to-day

　　Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

　　Train the Bar Tenders/Mixologist in accordance to Bar standards. Ensure our Team are confident with the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and comfortable in their work environment.

　　Conduct daily briefings and other Food and Beverage meetings and ensure that team members attend as scheduled. Share Guest feedback (if any) and update on Sales Revenue and Daily Target.

　　Communicate regularly with team members and build good relations. Be a problem solver and collectively discussed on operational issues to improve on.

　　Manage the delivery of high-quality Food and Beverage service, creating Unique Guests Experience.

　　Ensure departmental standards and procedures are developed to promote profit, beverage creativity and salesmanship

　　Ensure equipment hygiene meets the hotel standards

　　What we need from you

　　A minimum qualification in Diploma

　　At least 3 years of experience in the a supervisory level, including management experience in a Bar / Lounge Environment
