Description

Robert Half is looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join a growing IT team and organization. In this role, you will collaborate with Engineering Teams to design and implement critical solutions to enhance client environments.

Responsibilities:

Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environments, including Office 365, SharePoint, and Active Directory.

Design, implement, and support Azure Cloud solutions, such as virtual machines, storage, and identity management.

Configure and maintain networking systems, including routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls.

Provide endpoint management and security solutions to enhance infrastructure reliability.

Document newly implemented or updated technologies, including creating diagrams, SOPs, and end-user instructions.

Collaborate with project teams to define scopes, task lists, and milestones, ensuring on-time project delivery.

Troubleshoot and escalate complex technical issues while mitigating risks to ensure timely resolution.

Align IT services with clients’ strategic business goals through a deep understanding of their specific needs.

Define, document, and consistently apply operational procedures and best practices.

Requirements

Expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration, including Office 365 and SharePoint management.

Expertise in Active Directory, including user and group management, policy configurations, and authentication protocols.

Strong understanding of network concepts such as routing, switching, VPNs, and firewall configurations.

Experience with Azure Cloud implementations, including virtual machines, storage solutions, and identity management.

Knowledgeable in endpoint management, security best practices, and infrastructure support.

Skilled in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including diagrams, SOPs, and project frameworks.

Effective in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Adept at troubleshooting and escalating project or service issues to ensure timely resolution.

Experience with project planning, task prioritization, and milestone tracking in alignment with project scopes.
