　　This role is to lead, manage Northeast Asia market for driving sales achievement. This role is to expected to acheive assigned revenue as well as contribution margin target and consistently build, create best value for Dentsply Sirona brand name.

　　The ideal candidate will be expected to bring in new business insights with the following competencies:

　　Strong leadership with proven records in leading commercial teams in multiple countries

　　Deep business sense in APAC markets, especially, Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Phillipines

　　Goal-driven yet also attention to strategic details and learning agility

　　Excellent English proficiency and sensitivity on sales revenue, budgeting, business planning, and people strategy

　　Dental industry exposure strongly preferred but related industry e.g. medical device, pharmaseutical would be a plus, too

　　Strategic thinking with commitment to acheive owned tasks

　　Open to ambiguity with clear mind in a VUCA business world

　　Willing to travel internationally and domestically and may need to work under different time zone
