　　The DevOps Systems Engineer will provide hands-on experience in design and engineering efforts implementing DevOps Platforms, common set of products and services used across development and infrastructure teams. This includes contributing to DevOps platform design, implementation and management, including all necessary tooling in private and public cloud.

　　You will collaborate with Infrastructure Architecture, Operations, Security, Development, and Business units to execute on large-scale projects, operationalize technologies, and grow the adoption of standards & processes.

　　Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in Hybrid model.

　　Reporting Relationship : You will report to the Sr. Mgr., Systems Infrastructure

　　Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

　　Participate in Agile projects and attend ceremonies.

　　Contribute to the design, management, and adoption of common DevOps platforms, including all necessary tooling.

　　Contribute to the design, management, and adoption of deployment capabilities for containerized applications and service mesh in private and public clouds (Azure).

　　Contribute to the design, management, and adoption of enterprise observability and monitoring solutions, including logging, continuous monitoring, and monitoring as code.

　　Provide guidance and support for escalated incidents and problems.

　　Build and manage deployment capabilities for containerized applications in private and public clouds.

　　Support and operationalize technology standards, processes and policies related to Systems and Cloud.

　　Your Moneris Career - What you bring

　　Bachelor's degree in software development or computer engineering or minimum 5 years of experience working in a senior technical or engineering position.

　　Hands-on experience implementing and managing Cloud Infrastructure and Application Monitoring/Logging solutions (Dynatrace, DataDog, Splunk, New Relic)

　　Hands-on experience implementing and managing container orchestrators such as Kubernetes on private and public Cloud Platforms.

　　Strong understanding of agile methodologies (kanban, scrum), including experience as a delivery lead, product owner, or platform owner.

　　High proficiency in implementing and using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management (Ansible, Terraform).

　　Comprehensive Linux skills, including proven hands-on experience deploying and managing DevOps platforms (GitLab, GitLab-CI, Nexus, SonarQube, Kubernetes).
