RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment for both front of house and back of house roles, understanding the specific skill sets and requirements for each position.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure accurate and engaging job postings across various platforms, maintaining consistency and relevance in all job openings.
Collaborate with management to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies that support their objectives.
Engage in community outreach activities, build relationships with local organizations, attend job fairs, and develop partnerships to attract diverse talent pools.
Organize and execute hiring events, including open houses and recruitment sessions to attract and assess potential candidates efficiently.
Update and maintain internal HR databases with accurate candidate information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Maintain employee records and work permits as required by relevant regulations or company policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an recruiter.
Proven experience in recruiting, particularly in the hospitality or service industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (preferred).
Thorough knowledge of Florida labor laws.
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
Resourceful and computer-skilled, with proficiency in HR databases and recruitment tools.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
