Description:
This contract is supporting the Army. They are going through a modernization effort and are need of a systems administrator to own the process of moving the servers over. This person will be the sole systems administrator coordinating with the data center team on Ft. Liberty. There will be some support within CFT, but someone needs to be able to work independently and completely own the systems for this project. There are about 10 or so servers and some virtual servers, but this person will not need to be proficient in vSphere, etc.

Windows Systems- understanding of the STIG and O&M process
Experience deploying web applications within IIS- not just on a Windows box
Troubleshooting Windows servers
Requirements:
Active DoD clearance
CompTIA Security+CE
Live within 2 hours of the pentagon for occasional meetings on site
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
A non-negotiable is that this person needs to be a self starter. This is the first time this team has had an allocated systems administrator so they will be doing and creating a lot of the processes from scratch. They need to be able to completely understand a new environment and not be afraid to knock doors down and do whatever he can to get the job done.
