We are seeking aSystem Engineerwho will:

Provide feedback to design engineers and evaluates end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycleWork as expert, conducts research and evaluates technical performance of software products and overall segments and systemsEnsure products and systems comply with requirements and government information assurance and cyber security standards and practices through formal verification methodsVerifie/validate systems with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to information networks. Assesses performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measuresPosition requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.

Position Required Skills:

Prepare assessments and cyber threat profiles of current and planned products based on sophisticated testing, research, and analysis Participate in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirementsReview test plans/procedures and ensures they verify/validate the requirementsDevelop and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirementsProduce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and operations officialsPosition Desired Skills:

Experience in developing system performance, availability, scalability, manageability, and security requirements for mid-to-large scale systems.Experience in developing technical documentation for issues and/or training.Experience in leading agile and/or spiral development models.Qualifications:

Seventeen (17) year's experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
