　　Education:

　　1-3 years leadership experience with a bachelor’s in technical field (Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, etc.)

　　5-8 years in machining or other manufacturing-related field with combined formal leadership experience and either an Associates or no degree.

　　Experience:

　　1 – 2 years ERP/MRP experience

　　1 – 2 years data analytics experience

　　Working knowledge of Six Sigma or LEAN processes.

　　Must have a continuous improvement and learning/growth mindset.

　　Intermediate to advanced expertise with Microsoft 360 and relevant programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.

　　Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively as necessary with shifting priorities and regular interruptions.

　　Ability to manage and resolve interpersonal conflicts with and without support when necessary.

　　Working knowledge of best practices and compliance surrounding hiring, training/coaching, and disciplinary management.

　　Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing

　　Experience with ISO 9001
