DUTIES: General Statement of Job: Performcleaning, opening, closing, and maintenance of commercial swimming poolsSummary of Essential Job Functions: 1. Remove debris from pool & deckarea, haul to waste facility 2. Inspect loose or damaged tiles 3.Perform small repairs on the swimming pool, auxiliary equipment & deckarea 4. Fill water line of pool, check the pool for leaks & turn on afilter system (s) 5. Clean pool multiple times a week, clean bottom &side of pool using such aids as an underwater vacuum cleaner, hose,rush, detergent 6. Check filters for mechanical problems & performcleaning/maintenance 8. Winterize pool facilities, carry furniture &equipment back to the storage room 9. Notify managers concerning theneed for repairs 10. Performs all job duties in a safe manner 11.Exposure to elements and chemicals should be expected. Will trainon-the-job. REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or Equivalent / GED.Driver\'s License (U.S. or International). 18 YEARS OR OLDER. MUST BEABLE TO LIFT 50 POUNDS. WORK IN ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS. UPONSUSPICION & POST-ACCIDENT DRUG TEST REQUIRED. DAILY TRAVEL TO/FROMMULTIPLE LOCATIONS IN THE AREA OF INTENDED EMPLOYMENT USINGCOMPANY-PROVIDED TRANSPORTATION. SCHEDULE: 40hrs p/wk, 8hrs p/day HOURS:9:00AM-5:00PM WAGE: \$20.00 p/hr. O/T varies at \$30.00 p/hr. Anovertime premium will be paid at time-and-a-half after 40hrs p/wk in MA.Bonus and extra compensation may be offered at the discretion of theemployer. Monday- Friday, occasionally Saturday and Sunday, 9am-5pm.Hours may fluctuate due to business needs or weather. Cost of return transportation and subsistence will bereimbursed if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissedearly for any reason. The amount of transportation reimbursement will beequal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for thedistances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of\$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day withreceipts; Daily transportation to/from worksites provided; Willreimburse H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visaprocessing, border crossing, and other related fees, including thosemandated by the government; will provide tools, supplies & equipmentwithout charge or deposit charge; The employer guarantees to offer workfor hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period
