Working on the desktop team they will know Windows UI code, C#, .Net, and can proficiently code, fix defects, and develop features for the Windows platform.Essential Functions:* Attend Daily Stand ups.* Collaborate with team members.* Work with team members to plan and breakdown work and architect solutions.* Work on tasks to fix defects, research solutions, and develop features.* Write code and be a contributing member of the team.* Participate in code reviews.* Work with QA to test cards and resolve bugs.Qualifications* 2-5 years of experience or similar ability in software development.* Excellent development skills and fluent in: C#, WPF, .Net, SQL, XML, JSON, MVC.* Good level of experience in developing for the Windows platform.* Good understanding and exposure to API's and consuming RESTful services.* Good ability to create simple and well-designed solutions to complex software problems.* Good written and verbal communication skills.* Good knowledge of software development tools and agile processes.* A mid-level developer in terms of skill, speed, and quality.* Individual contributor that needs little to no supervision or micromanagement.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Excellent team player.
