Description

　　My client is a well-established professional services company with several revenue streams including reoccurring contract revenue and net new equipment installations to name a few. They are well funded through a prestigious PE firm.

　　The co-founders are looking for a SVP/VP of Finance who will oversee Finance & Accounting reporting directly into them with direct interaction with the PE.

　　This is a hands on F& A role, and not an investment finance role. The ideal profile started in B4/audit, then worked as a Controller, and is currently in a blended Finance and Accounting role at the VP/Director of Finance level, ready to take on a leadership role.

　　They are located in NYC and are in the office 4 days a week, remote on Fridays (this is NOT a remote role, you must reside within daily commuting distance of NYC).

　　As always, these are permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried positions (these are NOT temp, or temp to perm).

　　Compensation is based on experience:

　　The SVP/VP of Finance range is between $200k - $295k base + roughly 25% discretionary bonus + additional compensation (TBD)

　　The role will cover:

　　Managing a current team of around 6x (Including a Controller)

　　Manage all the FP& A, banking relationships, treasury

　　Handling the FP& A for the portfolio and all entities

　　Provide management reporting into the PE

　　Provide board reporting

　　Working across all business lines with key stakeholders

　　Will support the Controller on monthly closes and reporting

　　Supporting/managing the external audit along with the Controller

　　Ownership of all internal reporting templates, and trackers

　　Any automation experience (reporting/dashboards are manual through Excel)

　　Creating financial models (cash flow, revenue, maybe 3 statement etc.) via Excel
