  The Role at a Glance

  We are excited to bring on a Services Representative to join our Claims Support Organization supporting Group Protection a remote environment.

  Background Details

  Instructor led and peer training will be provided to you along with coaching and development to prepare you to perform in this fast-paced environment. Training will provide you with foundational knowledge to assist you in excelling in a career with Lincoln Financial Group.

  As a Services Representative, you will primarily provide financial, administrative, and operational support for dental recovery and the GRINS system. This role also includes responsibilities within Docsnet and SystemOne. You will handle a variety of routine and non-routine financial and administrative tasks, including phone calls, document management, vendor payments and other tasks as needed. This opportunity will provide insight into the world of group insurance administration while gaining new skills through a defined career pathing and development program.   What you'll be doing

  You will identify and communicate with appropriate internal stakeholders; reviewing reports and/or distributing other information as needed.

  You will monitor all checks, vendor payments, and/or other documents for required fields and service type.

  You will provide timely, accurate support to time-sensitive processing for documents and other records.

  You will research, identify, and update documentation and communication preferences.

  You will review and process refunds and/or vendor payments daily and reconciles differences/errors.

  You will review vendor requests and/or payments for accuracy.

  You will submit vendor set-up requests and follow ups on rejected referrals when incomplete or incorrect.

  You will update logs, notes, and other relevant documentation/records.

  What we’re looking for

  Must-have experience (Required):

  High School Diploma or GED.

  0 - 1+ Years experience in a financially oriented function directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this role.

  Nice-to have Experience (Preferred):

  Ability to problem solve and make independent decisions, while providing compassionate customer service.

  Research and data entry experience in a fast-paced environment.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  Experience in Dental and the GRINS system.

  Pay Range: $19.78 - $24.98

  Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
