Hardware Engineering Sustainability Engineering Program Manager
The Role:
As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of all the sustainability technical projects for the Logitech Hardware Engineering team. You will coordinate multiple projects that deliver advanced technical solutions. Your role will be to bridge project teams and the key stakeholders in function internally, different hardware engineering functions, business groups, and the Operation sustainability team. Your daily responsibility will be coordinating, managing dependencies, centralizing reporting, and acting as a centralized point of escalation .

Create and maintain the Program priorities with key stakeholders from business groups, DfS, and different hardware engineering functions based on the sustainability benefits and feasibility level.
In conjunction with the project technical leads and functional managers, define project objectives, schedule, and resources.
Establish, own and maintain the regular sustainability technical project dashboard
In conjunction with the project technical leads and functional managers, help the techno project provide visibility regularly to the key stakeholders.
Enforce good quality change management communication with team members, relevant functions and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain the right level of documentation to manage all the projects and ensure the high-quality documentation to communicate with key stakeholders
Collaborate with functional manager to improve project organization, efficiency via creating/adopting tools and improving processes
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you would bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
5 years of program management experience
2 years of working in the consumer electronics industry
Experience in driving cross-functional teams
Excellent cross-function communication skills
Good capability to influence, interact with different levels of management
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Passionate about sustainability, creating a better future for the planet
Experience in working with people from diverse backgrounds/regions
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Education:
