Senior Program Manager
KBR is seeking a motivated and talented Senior Program Manager with an active Top Secret clearance for its Intelligence and Cyber Analytics Special Programs team, based in Ann Arbor, MI.

The selected candidate will provide Technical Program Management and business leadership to direct and contribute to the successful execution of a portfolio of funded Government contracts, to define and implement a growth-oriented business plan, and to develop a dynamic and highly functional team of diverse talents and backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
Manage the execution of a portfolio of technology development projects that vary in scope, cost, and schedule; in contract types; and in customer types within the U.S. Government and the Defense and Intelligence industrial base
Establish effective project management plans and processes to support execution
Evaluate portfolio requirements for hiring to meet project needs; build and develop the team
Develop a comprehensive business plan, defining goals and objectives, an implementation approach, resource and investment needs, an intellectual property strategy, an informed risk management plan, and an opportunities roadmap
Ensure buy-in to the business plan and maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business opportunities, and associated strategies and tactics to win work
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience (10 years minimum) as a project manager with responsibility for successful concurrent execution and delivery on a portfolio of related projects
Must have an Active TOP SECRET Security Clearance
Demonstrated success in developing and executing a comprehensive business plan
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain trusted client relationships
A track record of pursuing and capturing new project work
A demonstrated ability to successfully execute technology development projects (hardware, software, prototypes, products & systems)
Knowledge of U.S. Government contracting and federal acquisition regulations, and success in operating as a project manager within this environment
A demonstrated ability to not only direct, but lead, a highly talented, multi-disciplinary team
Successful completion of an academic degree program in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Physics
Ability to work with standard business management tools and financial systems, MS Office, project management software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of remote sensing technologies including active and passive sensor systems which operate in EO/IR and RF regimes
PMP or PgMP Certification
Master’s degree in Business Administration
