At Ryan Companies we are integrating climate protection, water stewardship, sustainable materials and the natural environment into real estate projects that we develop, design, construct and operate. Some things you can expect to do: Develop and lead Ryan's sustainability metrics tracking and reporting program with the objectives of measuring, benchmarking and tracking of Ryan's environmental footprint across Ryan offices, Ryan projects and client solutions Contribute to Ryan's internal/external sustainability reporting and communications Provide project management for a wide range of Ryan sustainability efforts. This includes management of scope, schedule and budgets to successfully deliver assigned projects. These projects may be in the areas of renewable energy, water stewardship, sustainable materials, supplier sustainability, and other strategic topics Lead research across a wide range of sustainability subjects in support of increasing real estate asset sustainability performance in ways that support company growth and profitability Contribute to thought leadership positions, publications and presentations related to sustainability performance in the real estate industry; help represent Ryan in industry fora and trade associations To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in a sustainability-related discipline. A minimum of 5 years of sustainability experience that includes metrics tracking and reporting is required. You must have project management capabilities and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects. Experience in climate protection, renewable energy, and decarbonization is required. You must be skilled in technical analytics.
