Description:

　　Working with an internal team of surveyors, planners, and engineers, the Survey CAD Tech will be responsible for final survey mapping of subdivisions including survey calculations, site stakeout calculations exhibits and plot plans. Must know Civil 3D and have an understanding of survey methods to complete final site mappings.

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　Proficiency in AutoCAD

　　Civil 3D or Carlson Software

　　Survey field work

　　Grading experience

　　Drainage design

　　Familiarity with residential subdivision layout and plot plans is desired
