EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Graduate of anaccredited surgical technologist program is required. LICENSUREDESCRIPTION: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for theHealthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is requiredwithin 90 days of hire.
