　　Interiors Trim Installer

　　Position Summary

　　Under direct supervision, the Trim Installer will assist in the preparation of chassis for interior install and the installation of interior trim panels in a manner that demonstrates, “Everything is Important.”

　　This role is onsite in Torrance, CA.

　　Essential Duties

　　Works daily tasks lists set out by Lead/Production Supervisor

　　Fits and modifies raw and finished parts and panels to tolerance inside of the vehicle chassis

　　Installs insulation, headliners, and finished panels inside of the vehicle chassis

　　Assembles various finished components to complete sub-assemblies

　　Performs operational procedure according to required engineering specifications

　　Monitors the inventory of relevant parts and materials

　　Reads specifications sheets and follow templates to ensure accuracy

　　Reports any issues, delays, and all non-conformances in production line to Lead and ensures correction in a timely manner

　　Reports any material shortage/part defect

　　Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work environment

　　Assists other team members as necessary

　　Performs other duties as assigned

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Zero (0) to one (1) year of experience working with interiors in an automotive, aerospace, and/or marine environment

　　Basic knowledge of trim work

　　The starting pay range for this position is between $20.00 - $28.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
