　　Taking co-pays, entering demographic information into EPIC Insurance verifications

　　Answering phones

　　Scheduling appts

　　Epic charting

　　Skills:

　　Data entry

　　Medical record

　　Customer service

　　Patient registration

　　Electronic medical record

　　Patient access

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Excellent customer services

　　High attention to detail

　　Managing a workload

　　Healthcare experience

　　EPIC would be super ideal

　　Surgery scheduling experience is also ideal, but not required. Strong scheduling experience overall is required

　　HS Diploma

　　Medical office and scheduling experience (EPIC or Nextgen familiarity)
