OverviewProvides administrative support to staff in the Natural Resources and Hydro Licensing Division. This includes procurement of departmental materials and supplies, processing purchase orders and invoices, monitoring and tracking service agreements, drafting correspondence, document preparation, scheduling appointments and working with internal and external customers to provide information in an efficient, professional and timely manner. In addition, the incumbent provides support to the Parks department when needed. The position acts as the primary records and information coordinator for the Natural Resources Division.

Perform day to day administrative duties using a variety of office software and systems to create correspondence, agendas, reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials, including formatting, proofing and editing.
