Summary The SupportServices Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activitiesassociated with Werner\'s lifecycle services program, focusing oncustomer\'s needs for services and repairs. Minimum Requirements 1-3years of customer service experience Demonstrated experience withvarious business software and applications Associate degree in therelated field (business, automation, or sales) preferred Experiencecoordinating support services preferred Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide consultative services to customers including: coordinatingrepairs with partnering vendors, coordinating field service support forcustomer with partnering vendors, management of parts agreements,management of support agreements. Manage the entire lifecycle of orderfrom quotation of services, purchase order acceptance, delivery, andinvoicing. Process purchase orders for new and renewal customer supportcontracts. Manage milestone invoicing for projects Act as a liaisonbetween customer and partnering vendors to provide best resolutions forcustomer. Prepare services proposals for customers based on customerrequests. Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Managers, TechnicalSupport and Customer Service Representatives to respond to customers\'service-related needs. Monitor core returns and communicate necessaryinformation to customer to ensure customers are meeting appropriatereturn timelines. Review invoice reconciliation queue weekly fordiscrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
