The position

　　Handling of external and internal inquiries in compliance with SLA´s.

　　Tasks and responsabilities

　　Performing business support for GBS systems under local responsibility.

　　Process queries from internal business partners (e.g. requisitioner, global/local Sourcing, AP)

　　Process queries from external business partners (vendors).

　　Requirements

　　Previous experience in customer service/suppliers/call center.

　　Englishl level: Intermediate.

　　Portuguese level: Basic.
